The flat layout 📏
Well, it's not quite flat, but relatively flat! 🙄 And then, given the map of the city, it is an achievement that it is so much so! The organization really worked hard on the layout, limiting ascents, descents and even the cobbles. It is easy enough for many marathon runners to break their record. Running for the challenge is always a plus.
Relay and Duo Races 🥳
Running a marathon is good, but running it in pairs is better (except for single people 😆). And if you don't feel like running 42 km, you can still share the pain with your teammates thanks to the relay marathon!
10 crossings on 6 bridges ⛴️
“On the Avignon Prague Bridge, we dance, we dance...” 🎵. And yes! As you can see, this exceptional route offers you the opportunity to discover almost all the bridges in the city. 6 bridges are crossed 10 times during the 42 km. Obviously, the Charles Bridge, the oldest and most iconic, is on the list. If you have never seen it before, you will not be disappointed! 😜
Travel through history 📚
You will discover the city's cobbled streets, stroll through its narrow streets, observe the huge medieval castle... 🥰 In short, you will see History with a capital H! Expect to be enchanted by this fairytale vision 🧚.
The cheapest points in Europe 🤪
In Reykjavik, it's €9.5, in Paris, it's €7, in Berlin, it's €4... and in Prague, it's €2.30! Some bars even offer points for less than €2, always to be consumed in moderation of course! We knew that the Czech Republic was a fabulous country, but we just discovered that it is the perfect place to celebrate the end of a marathon. Na zdraví! 🍻
